Orders can be picked up by appointment at designated locations in the community. For large orders, delivery is available within the Peoria metro area. Please specify your preferred pick-up or delivery dates and times in the note section during the checkout process. We will text you within 24 hours of receiving your order to coordinate the details. If you prefer to communicate by phone or email, let us know during the checkout process. We are unable to serve customers outside of Illinois or provide shipping at this time.

If you’re picking up chocolate on a warm day, consider bringing an ice pack to prevent melting. Store your chocolate treats in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight at a temperature of 55°-70°F with approximately 60% relative humidity. Please note that once our products leave our care, we are unable to provide refunds for items damaged due to improper handling.

In general, most chocolate can last a very long time in dry, cool conditions. However, some fillings inside may lose freshness after 6-8 weeks. Some of our selections have a shorter shelf life due to their ingredients, and they will be labeled as such. Each box displays the “Production Date” and “Best Used By Date” to ensure that each confection is of the highest quality.
