Orders can be picked up by appointment at designated locations within the community. Delivery is available for larger orders in the Peoria metro area. Please specify your preferred pick-up or delivery dates and times in the notes section during the checkout process. We will contact you via text within 24 hours of receiving your order to coordinate the details. If you prefer to communicate by phone or email, please indicate that during the checkout process.
In general, most chocolate can last a long time in dry, cool conditions. However, certain fillings may lose their freshness after 6 to 8 weeks. Some of our selections have a shorter shelf life due to their ingredients and will be clearly labeled. Each box displays the “Production Date” and “Best Used By Date” to ensure that every confection is of the highest quality.
When picking up chocolate on a warm day, it’s a good idea to bring an ice pack to prevent melting. Store your chocolate treats in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally at a temperature between 55°F and 70°F with approximately 60% relative humidity. Remember that once our products leave our care, we cannot provide refunds for items damaged due to improper handling.
