Visit Sublime Confections on Wednesday afternoons during the summer at the Sheridan Market in the heart of Peoria to shop for unique, locally made gifts and delicious treats! We will have chocolates, Fruit Gems, and whatever new confections we create. If it’s too hot for chocolate, we’ll post a quick update on our Facebook page to let you know which confections will be available or where you can find us to purchase chocolate without the risk of melting.
