About Sublime Confections
My journey into chocolate began during the quiet days of the COVID-19 lockdown. With time at home and a desire to create, I began taking online classes from pastry chefs around the world. What started as curiosity quickly became a passion for the artistry, precision, and creativity of chocolate-making.
In 2023, a truffle workshop at ChocoMuseo in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, cemented my dream of turning that passion into something of my own. What began in a tiny corner of our family kitchen has grown into Sublime Confections, a Central Illinois micro-confectionery specializing in artisan chocolates and thoughtfully crafted sweets.
Today, I work with rich couverture chocolate and carefully chosen ingredients to create confections that are meant to be savored, shared, and remembered.
