Hi! I’m Jax Gauthier, owner and chocolatier at Sublime Confections. My chocolate-making journey began during the COVID-19 lockdown, inspired by online lessons from talented pastry chefs willing to share their magic with me.
In 2023, I attended a truffle workshop at the ChocoMuseo in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – an experience that solidified my determination to begin a microconfectionery in the tiny corner of our family kitchen.
Today, I take immense joy in crafting exquisite confections with rich couverture chocolate and the finest ingredients. Nothing delights me more than sharing these little bites of happiness with you!
