Chocolatier/OwnerI started my chocolate-making journey during the COVID-19 lockdown, learning through online instruction from talented pastry chefs and fueled by determination. In 2023, I attended a truffle workshop at the ChocoMuseo in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. That experience inspired me to turn my passion into a small but vibrant micro-confectionery. I take immense joy in creating beautiful confections using couverture chocolate and the finest ingredients, and I love sharing them with you!
