For customers choosing the “Create Your Own” Box — the boxes we currently have available accomodate 2, 5, 9 or 10 chocolates per box. Before checking out, be sure that you have the correct number of chocolates in your cart for the size box you intend to purchase. If there are questions about your selections, we will confirm by text.
Orders can be picked up by appointment at MadMac’s Coffee in Germantown Hills or Relics in the Peoria or East Peoria locations. Delivery is available for larger orders in the Peoria metro area. If necessary, we may pack the chocolates with ice to protect your order. Please specify your preferred pick-up or delivery dates and times in the notes section during the checkout process. We will contact you via text within 24 hours of receiving your order to coordinate the details. If you prefer to communicate by phone or email, please indicate that during the checkout process.
Store your chocolate treats in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally at a temperature between 55°F and 70°F with approximately 60% relative humidity. Remember that once our products leave our care, we cannot provide refunds for items damaged due to improper handling.
